
Zumba® With Bianca is launching Zumba® Boot Camp and the Zumba® Weight Loss Programme customized to help you achieve your New Year's resolution to lose weight, tone up or get fit with Zumba®!
You may now be familiar with attending a regular Zumba® class and I'm sure you're enjoying yourself as you keep coming back for more... Zumba® Boot Camp and the Zumba® Weight Loss Programme is going to take this experience up a notch!
The Zumba® Weight Loss Programme focuses on exercising and weight management for those who would like to shed the pounds and for exercisers who would like to enhance their body shape.
With the Zumba® Weight Loss Programme you will learn to:
* Eat healthy with nutritional and dietary advice customised to exercisers or weight management. Keep your own food diary.
* Prepare meals to help you burn belly fat and thigh fat. You will receive weekly diet recipes.
* Buy the right foods. Learn to read the food labels.
* Find out how specific diets have an impact on weight management.
* Find out how blood sugar levels impact your mood and behaviour.
* Most importantly, I shall help you to stay motivated and to keep your eyes on the prize! We all know how easy it is to miss a class and to tell ourselves we'll go to the Zumba® class next week. With the Zumba® Weight Loss Programme you are put on a weekly exercise plan which includes a Zumba® Boot Camp session and one or more regular Zumba® classes. Attendance is monitored.
* Your overall progress is monitored on a weekly basis.
Zumba® Boot Camp is for everyone!
Try out this NEW 1.5 hour Zumba® class which focuses on 30 minutes cardiovascular conditioning, a 30 minute tone and sculpting session with the use of 1 - 2 kg hand weights and a 15 minute abdominal workout Zumba® style. Don't forget to warm up and cool down! Zumba® Boot Camp is included in the Zumba® Weight Loss Programme package.
